i’m trying to configurate my remote site but always get the message “server is not responding”. I already opened the ports 80 and 443 in my firewall and in central server option i put my device name, it is right? I also tried my IP address but nothing happens. Could be my antivirus that is blocking my connection?

Hey there - a quick rule of thumb is that you should be able to open the login page of the remote collector from the central server and also open the central server’s login page from the remote collector.
If you try that and it fails, it could be that there aren’t firewall rules that permit that traffic. It could also be your antivirus product if it too includes a firewall.
Can you telnet over port 80 or 443 to the target server?
