When setting up a remote site does it remove access to the tickets on the remote site and are they now only accessible from the central server? My department overlaps into multiple areas but currently, we are split between multiple Spiceworks installs. We have a facilities group that utilize one instance but occasionally need to escalate an issue out of their department to our team. I would like to set the facilities department up as remote site so that when issues are escalated the tickets make it to our main Spiceworks install. At your sites you can do remote collectors for inventory. Now you just setup the Helpdesk portion on the main server.<\/p>\n
