I ran a report on devices with a certain IP. The devices that came up with the IP I want to remove from my inventory. Is there anyway I can do a mass removal from the report list?

If what you mean is there a way to bulk delete devices from inventory, then the answer is yes there is. There is a bulk delete option when you have a group selected on the inventory screen. It is part way down on the right under Bulk Operations. See also this page for more information.

Thank you very much for the help. I’m still new to spiceworks and trying to get use to it’s system. I ended up just creating another group of the devices that had the IP I was searching for in the report and then did a bulk delete from there. But I was wondering if there was a way to just directly erase them from the spiceworks report that was ran. Thank you again for your help though Timj42, greatly appreciated.

I don’t think there is a way to bulk delete a list of device right from a report listing. If the report included links on the device name, you could open the device link in a new tab a delete it from there. Seems to me, though, it would be faster to open the inventory screen in a new tab and use the report to select items you want to bulk delete.

Yea I was thinking about just deleting them 1 by 1 from the report list, but i had over 100 devices so it was going to take a really long time. Definitely a better idea to open the inventory and select them in the bulk delete. Thanks again Tim.
