Just wondering if someone cleverer than me can come up with this report:
For Microsoft exchange to show -
Mailbox name
Current Size
Mailbox size limit
Last access time
Could be more info required but I guess that’s what I want as a starting point.
At the moment I view the Exchange info under the server devices info and simply copy what it gives me there into excel, format the value to show as KB or MB but it’d be handy to have beside it the mailbox size as we have some that have a 1GB limit while the standard is 500 MB and therefore it’s easy to see who was bumped up and who is approaching their limit.
We have the notifications set on exchange to warn users at various stages but if I could produce a report and compare it every fortnight or every month as needed.
