We have used the Lanier branded machines of this model. Very good workhorse walk up copier / scanner / printer / fax / document center.

This is an ok business class color device. It is not on par with Ricoh’s larger units like the 3260C, which compare favorably to other vendor options. We’ve found the platform firmware to be not very mature, and has some issues which have yet to be worked out a year later. It isn’t a bad unit, but for the money, I’d suggest looking at the larger Ricoh units, or Xerox products.

GOod large group printer. Nothing really fancy but good quality and probably coming from a leasing agreement with support all inclusive.

Solid machine. Much better than other ricoh products. Very few jams, and solid performance. Unit is currently not used in heavy color printing, so I can’t speak to how hard you can run it before it explodes.

This printer is a workhorse, it just keeps on going. I find the web management is a great help when configuring printers in remote offices. We have our printers setup so that if a user scans a document they get the document in their mailbox within 60 seconds. Another great feature is the duplexing unit which allows you to print and scan double sided paper.

Working Monster. Great performance. Atleast 25 people conected to this one machine when I worked, Even their drivers are great and gardly had any isssues.
