Budget business color… Not a bad unit, but it has shortcomings and the print firmware is not mature. Biggest problems are in the very limited functions of the bypass tray and instability printing PDF’s and word documents with transparent images. I would recomend looking at the larger Ricoh units which are a real joy to work with and easily compete head to head with Xerox, as apposed to this model which is ok but not great.

Good device for low volume. Toner consumption is poor, starts warning of low toner WAY before it needs too. Low toner, when it actually is low, can cause poor copy/print quality.

Used this on one of my consulting assignment and its fanstic. Working monster. This used to print atleast 3000 every day.
