RMM Software…

I finally decided to purchase RMM software, and clearly made the wrong choice… Connectwise Automate has been a terrible company from start to finish.

Anyone have a product they like with a good company? I liked the Remote Desktop product from Connectwise, but given my complete disgust with the company’s policies, won’t be keeping that either…

I’m a small MSP, not looking for anything as cumbersome as Automate.

I will likely look to LogMeIn or Teamviewer for remote access, but does anyone use their RMM products and are happy with them?

I actually tried Splashtop and have 2 issues…

First - I have 160 endpoints, and was told my only billing option was 250.

Second - That icon… Please allow MSPs to change the default icon in the system tray

If you have another billing option in between 100 and 250, let me know…

Thanks for giving Splashtop a test drive. Yes, our packaging is in volume tier. If you contact our sales (sales@splashtop.com) and inform them that Mark at Spiceworks is extending the 1st-year 20% discount offer we had for new customers coming from Spiceworks, and you need a discount code. Hopefully, this helps. Unfortunately, MSPs are not allow to change the system tray icon today. It is something we are looking at. Our attended, on-demand product (Splashtop On-Demand Support) allows MSPs to change the icon/brand… so far, on-demand quick support seems to have higher demand for private labeling. Thanks
