Hey guys,

Did a little bit of searching on this, but not quite the results I am looking for.

We are an SMB IT. provider and are looking at properly getitng into the Managed Services game. We have looked at tools like Kaseya, MS Intune and Labtech very briefly. We are using ConnectWise for our PSA software presently and LogMeIn Rescue for our Remote support app.

Most of our clients are 5-25 for size, so there may not be the market for this yet for us. Does anyone have experience with these types of tools in a non-enterprise setting, and if so, are these revenue generators for you?

To save the flames, I happened upon this community before I realized what Spiceworks offers. Now, i see they have tools already that may cover off this area, but how do these compare to Labtech and Kaseya, etc that charge a decent amount for their services?
