As of the 31st, I’m ending my current job in I.T. While a bummer, it’s time for a change, and to build my skills elsewhere. I won’t be around on Spiceworks as much, but I’ll be changing my community email so that I can browse from time to time. I appreciate all that I’ve learned from all of you, and will apply all I gathered to keep working in this field. You guys are supremely awesome!

hah, that is kind of how I got into my gig now. I hired on as something COMPLETELY different, then they realized I had a degree in IT and that their IT guy was buried and needed help. Went from “helping here and there” to help desk to a help desk+minor sys admin all within about 9 months.
