Hi

I am trying to get into Linux and I have settled for Linux Mint. I have also bought a Samsung M2675FN printer as my old printer had no Linux drivers. Now it seems that although Samsung advertise my new printer as having Linux drivers I can not get them to work. There are also drivers supplied with Linux Mint and I can not get them to work either. However I managed to get some working drivers from CUPS, but my problem now is it seems that I need The Print Manager so that I can get the printer to Scan to PC.

Can anyone throw some light on my problem.

3 Spice ups

There a big pain. I have gotten my Samsung printer to work on 32 bit Ubuntu but never on 64 bit. Good luck.

Hi

I don’t know what just happened. I have been trying to do get this working for over 2 weeks on and off, I have just given it another try and it now scans to PC. I have not done anything different since the last time that I tried it, but it now works. seems that one only has to write to this web site and all your troubles are solved. Keep it up.
