I am not getting all the Workstations listed in the SCAN. I have checked that the IP address list is correct.
Does anyone know how to get this corrected so my SCAN will be a correct count of devices on my network. The reporting and inventory tools are not correct until I can feel comfortable with the scan of the correct devices.
Please assist.

Are there missing devices inside a subnet or are there devices with scan errors?

Missing devices on the subnet. I have 4 different subnets, and after the scan, I can see some devices on the subnet that MY PC is on, but it never finds MY PC. That is how I know that the scan isn’t working.
Do you have any other way for me to get the devices it is missing to show up as new devices…?
