Secure Connection Failed

Hello Community,

How can i solve the “Secure Connection Failed” message when trying to access some HTTPS sites using the Mozilla Firefox Browser?

NOTE: I am using the Untangle Firewall.

Please help.

Is there any more detail from the error?

Is the PC time correct?

Did it only stop working recently?

Have you ran an AV/Malware scan etc?

Has the browse been updated recently? And do any other browser still work ok?

Yes the PC time is correct.

Yes it Started giving the same issue recently.

Yes the computers have Bitdefender and the scans are done frequently.

Yes i updated the browser to the latest edition of 54.0

I wouldn’t trust on passive detection entirely. Running a manual scan can sometimes find things it has otherwise missed.

Also did you try another browser with the effected website?
