Greetings.
I moved this into the Spiceworks/Product Support discussion group.
I suggest you read the “Adding New Devices” Help page, which is available at http://www.spiceworks.com/help/adding_new_devices.html .
FWIW, there may be some lost functionality depending how you have your network segmented and what your routers/firewalls, if any, allow to pass from one domain to another.
You may also want to watch the Spiceworks forums for discussions regarding centralized or multiple view instances of Spiceworks, as you may conceptually consider yourself an IT Service Provider with four clients. Some reading along this line is available at:
http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/221 (Multiple Client View)
http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/903 (Centralized SW Interface for multiple SW Installs)

I think the function you’re looking for is contained within the Settings > Network area. You need to add another network to that list. So for network 1, you may need to scan xxx.xxx.1.1-254, network 2, scan xxx.xxx.2.1-254, etc. For a range, just enter a dash and provide the lower and upper limits. Just add you appropriate Windows, SSH, and SNMP credentials to each network and you should be set.
For example, to scan two networks using the same credentials, try using 10.1.1-2.1-254. This will scan networks 10.1.1.0/24 and 10.1.2.0/24 completely. If you need different credentials, break up the networks in the listing.
Note that you will see all networks under the one Spiceworks interface. If you wanted to keep everything separated, you will need to use the reports feature and make sure you filter by the domain you’re interested in when reporting on workstations and servers.
Simply add all of your IPs into the ranges in your network settings. nothing further needed.
SAM is correct. that is what the IP scan range exists for.
