Hi Guys/Gals.

I know this question seems to be beaten to death. I/We are looking for a good online training site that a) doesn’t cost a fortune b) offers practice exams and c) has some sort of coach or guide to ensure you are on a proper training path to meet your goals. We have looked at Knowledgenet, Pluralsite, CBTNuggets, etc. Does anyone have any experience with any site that offers these sort of things. I’ve researched so many of them recently, they are starting to get muddled together.

TIA

We like PluralSight a lot. NTG uses them internally. Very cheap.

Thanks Scott. I knew you’d be hanging around

some colleagues of mine use the Ger version of http://www.lynda.com

I’ve found the MS Virtual Academy quite helpful sometimes, of course it’s just MS stuff.

Quite a few around like Udamy, MS Virtual Academy, Codecademy etc. http://ituonline.com/ have some good courses and are not expensive.

Using QuickCert.com right now. Pre-recorded Instructor or Live Instructor led courses. I like most courses although some of the instructors are dry. they have a virtual server you can log into to practice the material, as well as practice exams. includes step-by-step instructions you can download. I’m slowly building a library for everything IT.

I use Pluralsight personally and my old employer had an account for the IT team to use.

http://itfreetraining.com/server

free video web site but all lessons include server 2008 r2 and win7.

I like CBT Nuggets, they have great videos!
