We just recently deployed SentinelOne (S1) into our network through a vendor. We are having several issues with out Thomson Reuters and CCH software programs. Thomson Reuters Fixed Assets CS won’t show the user the username and password box. Instead the box is blank. In CCH Axcess Document when a user goes to use the Help feature a box opens but again it is blank. I had the vendor add all the exclusions required by both vendors but still we have the problem. The vendor hasn’t been able to resolve these issues and I see where I can create a direct support account to S1. If anyone has solutions for me to try I’m game. If you know how I can contact S1 support directly let me know.
