I’m not sure if I put this in the right category or not. If it isn’t please excuse my mistake.

What I am looking for is to install a piece of software on a client’s machine. That software will report back to me hard drive issues, performance issues, blue screens, viruses, etc. I would also like to be able to remote control the machine through this same portal. If possible I would like to see it also include an enterprise antivirus that can be monitored and pushed from a console.

All this preferably cloud based so I can log into one location and see all the systems that have the software installed. The software will be installed on many systems in different locations that are not connected to each other in any way.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

No it is not a setup. I need to provide this service and I’m looking for who others use.

I use GFIMax, they have redeveloped their rmm hugely and I am very impressed by it. I use this and spiceworks for inventory, although GFIMax are also developing this into their product

it is very cost competitive, has central console, etc etc. the only thing it doesn’t do is generate tickets, if you want a ticketing system integrated then probably labtech and connectwise are a good mix

I’m not looking for it to generate a ticket but more of a email or text saying a system ran low on memory or it had a blue screen etc.

What you are looking for is an RMM tool. Remote Monitoring and Management. there are many on the market and all do similar things.I would eval a few likely candidates and see which ones meet your needs.
