SmartSheet is a very nice tool if you have project management needs that extend into collaborating with other users. It’s a nice clean interface and fairly easy to figure out so you can hit the ground running when creating a project. For me it’s a great solution to quickly get a solution out to a team that needs it. If you’re a Google Apps for Business user this ties in seamlessly in my experience.

My company loves Smartsheet. We’ve been using it for about a month. We’d like to connect Smartsheet and Spiceworks since they’re both very useful. Any ideas?

Pretty versatile, using it in several ways. Project management tool, Agile and Kanban tool, CRM. Pretty fair cost and excellent integration with GSuite and Office along with plenty of other apps. Web forms could use branching capability but still a good tool. Like Card View.

Our company uses SmartSheet and find it to be a very useful tool for collaboration on spreadsheets. We have also started using it as a Project Management and Resource Management tool. In fact, we were paying for a hosted MS Project Server and have stopped using that in favor of SmartSheet.
I personally use it for my “flip back” reminders (when I change a setting, permission, or borrow out a device and need a reminder to change it back), my personal to-do list, and my IT project management and planning.
We use the Team plan, but they have an Enterprise plan which gives single sign on and other tools.
