I am working as Project Coordinator for small company and I would like to get suggestions about Project management software from the community.
Now we are thinking to use Teamwork or Monday.com.
Please let me know if you have any information on which is better. Also, if you have any other good tools, please let me know that too.
My requirements are
- Suitable for use by 3 people – small business
- Good User Interface
- Assignments can be made
- Can manage specific projects with people outside the company without needing new licenses.
- Easy to manage tasks
- Easy to manage the progress of projects
- Easy to search.
- Inexpensive

I use AirTable to manage my projects. I love it. It’s highly customizable & has lots of integrations if you upgrade to the Pro plan.
