Is the software inventory kept seperate of the computer records? I would like from time to time to delete the software inventory so I can get a fresh look at what is actually installed.
The reasons I ask this is because I show applications / and or software that I uninstalled several weeks/months ago still showing up as installed when they are not.

I, along with others, have had this exact same problem before in version 1.6 and it simply translated to 1.7. In order to do the fix, or at least for me, I did what Francis mentions in the following thread:
