Software Inventory

I am able to see my computer inventory. However, some computers show no software installed. I can look at the services on said computers but they are reported as having no software installed. What am I doing wrong.

slow scan speed, turn off incremental scanning, change it to send all data instead of deltas (all in SETTINGS>NETWORKS SETTINGS)

The above steps fixed it for me, I’ve been running fine for a while now.
