On the Menu Today - One Pan Breakfast Sandwich

I’m stuck at home this week for reasons, so I’m enjoying some slightly heartier breakfasts than my normal overnight oatmeal. Today I tried a take on this breakfast sandwich (mine did not come out looking nearly this pretty), but I swapped the english muffin for brioche bread, and that brioche is tasty! Going to try a grilled Cuban on brioche for lunch….

Mouseover: OpenStreetMap was always pretty good but is also now really good? And Apple Maps’s new zoomed-in design in certain cities like NYC and London is just gorgeous. It’s cool how there are all these good maps now!

I wish I had known how bad Apple Maps was a few years back before I relied on it while on a motorcycle trip and it tried to kill me with some of the roads it sent me on…

Although I don’t eat breakfast, that sammich’s photos are tantalizing. Good call on swapping out the English muffin as those are inferior in the world of breakfast carbs.

I think we need more use of the “Supreme Commander” title.

Careful; given the recent news that might end us up in the Soapbox!

QotD: I agree with this, as I tend to put everyone else’s happiness above my own.

CotD: Google Maps still beats Apple Maps in terms of features, and GPS accuracy, even though the last part depends on how good the GPS is on your phone.

A very sad day in Automotive history… and a so-so day in music history :slight_smile:

Interesting how this ties in with current events.

Even though your Shelby is far more oddly cool! :blush::+1:

@repairatrooper

Everything is relative. In 1986, it was pretty exciting.

I love Daytonas but the Shelby badge was only a name, he did nothing on those cars.
