On the Menu Today – Beef Negimaki

Thin roast beef, wrapped around scallion, usually stuffed with cream cheese, then quickly cooked and covered in sauce. This is one of my favorite appetizers at my favorite sushi restaurant, and it’s absolutely delicious. Might have to look in to this recipe….

@jim4232 Asparagus is often used in negimaki too​. Use the very thin ones. Long string beans can also work.
