Mmmm, curry…. I bet this would be just as amazing with chunks of lamb or chicken or goat, too! Might need slightly different cook time, but this sounds amazing. Serve over some basmati rice with naan bread and I’m done!

Here’s the recipe !

I saw this band live this past Wednesday (they’re currently on tour with Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless) and they rock! I hope to see more of them in the future.

Living in WI, the winters can be pretty brutal here. The summers can also be pretty bad but I think we’ve been spared for the most part this year. 90s are a little too high for me, sign me up for perpetual sweater weather and we have a deal.

Lamb just slaps so much when in some sort of curry. It’s also amazing on a stick in street food format.

There is today’s Spark. Thanks!!

Bill Hickok is shot on this day back in 1876. Just finished reading about that and came looking for the spark, again.

Only 90 degrees? Done with the 100+ stuff.

I’ve been in the mood for some good curry. May get some Indian for lunch.

I was done with the heat in April.

Fall… Where are you my old friend?

Can’t vote for one. Enjoy both seasons.

Somewhat looking forward to sweater weather. Not so much the snow part though…

Given where i live the really hot week got as high as 25C I can cope with it sticking around as long as it likes.

I enjoy pretty much all kinds of weather except for humid heat. Ready for (I hope a long) autumn and then winter, for sure.

In NE Ohio the winters can be pretty crappy because of the lake effect snow. I wouldn’t mind living somewhere tropical all the time.

Are you playing the Great Game?

Let me just say this, when it is hot outside, no matter how hot, you can strip down naked and jump into a pool with a cold beer. Try that when it’s cold outside. Give me the heat anytime over the cold.

According to the weather, it’s going to be around 25C here all week, so I started my cider making kit this morning. It needs to be around 25C for 5 days, then I bottle it on Sunday, and leave it somewhere cool for 2 weeks, and then hopefully it’s drinkable, and won’t cause long-lasting blindness.

Heat as a nerd is always … eh. Too hot everywhere. If it’s cold, one can always bundle up. If hot,… there’s only so much you can take off. (Reasonably)

6 Spice ups

I’d much rather be cold than hot! Mainly because it’s more exceptable to put more clothes on that take them all off to get cooled off xD

I’ve just been given a basic cider making kit - i may well need to tap you for hints and tips at some point
