Today marks day 160 of the year, and we have 205 days left of the year.
June 9 saw the introduction of one of the most famous cartoons of all time on TV, but it’s also been an important day in history for war, politics and space exploration.
Did you know that on this day in 1934, Donald Duck came to public screens for the first time? His debut was in the film “The Wise Little Hen”.

Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole
I like Hash Browns and even more so when you add cheese and onion and make a casserole. Here is a recipe:
ingredients
• 2 lbs frozen hash browns
• 1⁄2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup onion, peeled and chopped
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
• Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 11 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray.
• Mix the above ingredients together, place in prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
