I reinstalled spice works and lost all my help desk tickets. Can someone guide me how to get them back?

Do you have a backup of the data/backups folders, or can you restore it from a backup tape/D2D or other media?

I have a zipped file that I moved from my old setup it was in a backup folder.

What was the reason for needing to reinstall it?

it would not open. even after the install its not a 100 percent need to play with it. I think I lost lost my old info. not a happy camper.

support@spiceworks.com point them here and explain your issue. See if they can help you.

You should always make sure your backups are there though and the guys n’ gals will be on-hand to assist.

If you are happy to wait, Jon or Peter may pop by and pick this up

If you do not have any backups though, there is nothing anyone can do to help recover your old data.

I just set up the auto back up.

an old backup. lost alot of data . going to try to use a recovery program to get it back.
