Good morning,

We have an installation of Spiceworks Desktop that will not start this morning. It starts to load and then sticks on the Spiceworks is Heating Up page close to the end. When trying to access it on another system, we get the server busy error. I’ve checked the production log, startup log and have not seen anything indicating to me why it is failing to boot. It worked fine last week and no updates or changes have been made on this particular server. It has a dedicated VM I believe exceeding the requirements. I was going to export the data, and reinstall it using the directions here but I am not able to download the desktop installer. Any suggestions?

It appears that after running it in safe-mode and then starting normally fixed the issue after a loooong load time.

{"@type":"Person
[{"@type":"Answer
Good morning,

We have an installation of Spiceworks Desktop that will not start this morning.
