My spiceworks has stopped adding items to my inventory. I can do the manual scan on the remote pc, have it recognize the device and pass the scan. when I go into inventory, it’s not there. I’m stuck at 125 devices and can’t proceed.<\/p>\n

Easiest thing to try first is to set the scan speed to slow and turn off incremental scanning. I do have the scan speed set for slow. I’m unsure of the incremental scanning setting though, I’ll have to look into this one.<\/p>\n
It’s weird, since the last upgrade, I have issues entering at the remote pc using the scan/fix window. while at the device, I correct the administrative log in and then get a positive “test passed”, then when I go back into my inventory, it’s not there in any of my devices or unknowns. Thanks for the advice. I was able to get a few stragglers in with those much needed changes, too cool.<\/p>\n
In this last round, I have one pc that is seen at the scan page, then when I go to the software tab under it’s name, it always says, “still gathering”?<\/p>\n
almost there with the exception of the above and a couple of systems that are giving me WMI trouble.
