just trialing IT helpdesk with spiceworks. I have set up and my clients are emaling to raise tickets

As a service provider how do i get a customer name in the fields. So i can sort my tickets by clients name

Do you mean individual names for each person, or do you mean a diffrent location. Like you have 10 people that work at building A and 15 that work in building B and you want to filter by building?

I Have 50 different clients I support, different customers names

I,e Thompson Accounts. Toolhire expresso etc

I would like to view the calls by customer name
