I’m running 6.2. Is there a way to pick and choose what types of Helpdesk email notifications go out? Ideally I would want only the New Ticket nofications that go to Admins, and then the receipt of ticket creation when users email the Helpdesk with an issue. (Leadership has an issue with the emails that go out for comments/updates.)
