It is taking up to 15 minutes for MFA verification code emails to reach us. It does not feel like this is normal?<\/p>\n
Please can someone help shed some light on this?<\/p>\n

Have a look at the email headers to see what is causing the delay.<\/p>\n
It could be your side or the sending system. Make sure you don’t harshly filter ( Do you use Mimecast? I’ve heard they are delaying things in some cases.
