Spiceworks servers

Is there any provision for Spiceworks to have a remote server? I.E. my main server is in location X but i have other locations that need to be inventoried and have access to all of the features that SW has to offer. a scan from the main server times out on the remote subnets, and I dont want to have to extend the time it takes for a scan to complete due to the frequent on and off again nature of my users’ workstations.

yes, we have VPN links to our other sites.

I want to make sure I understand what you’re asking. You want to have a dedicated remote server to house Spiceworks that then accesses your client locations via VPN, is the correct?
