I have recently been asked to provide remote and onsite support for a few smaller businesses. Can Spiceworks be setup to do this? There is like 50 different locations and I am trying to get this setup so I can take full advantage of the ticketing as well as monitoring at each location. Anyone have any suggestions?

each location has a static ip if thats what you are asking

Do you have any type of VPN connectivity or is it all through the public Internet?
