When I ran scan to find the machines in the network. Spicework finds few machine and if I click on software it says Still gathering software information. Even waiting for sometime, still it is in the same state.<\/p>\n

Can you confirm that the scan was successfully completed?<\/p>\n
If you go to settings → network scan you’ll see progress bar there.<\/p>\n
Also check<\/p>\n
