Hello all,<\/p>\n
I just convinced my boss to let me roll out SW to our network so I may be asking a ton of questions over the next week. Please bare with me on this and I really appriciate your help in advance.<\/p>\n
My question is that a lot of my workstations will not show installed software. Instead it just says “Still gathering Software information…” despite the network scan being complete. I tried to re-scan the asset and the same thing appears. Follow this HowTo: Troubleshooting Spiceworks Inventory Inconsistencies - Spiceworks … and set Scan speed<\/strong> to slow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Make a full network scan and see if this helps.
