Hey guys,
I was trying to get a SSL cert installed on my 2012 R2 Server which is hosting my local installation of the Spiceworks help desk. How would I go about doing so? I believe I briefly glanced over a few articles that mentioned reinstalling the help desk software with IIS and the SSL cert. Is that my only option? I’m fairly new with looking into installing SSL certs and such so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for the link; very helpful!
I already have the SSL cert so I did skip those specific steps, however we have a wildcard cert, so would that affect those steps mentioned above? I tried it and it did not seem to work. We have a .pfx file as the wildcard and a .p7b file as the intermediate. I did both ways of changing those files to a .pem as instructed and also tried leaving them as is. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks again!
The link from Martin2012 is no longer working, could someone point me to the proper location?
