Spiceworks: Running Latest Version.<\/p>\n
We are using the Stand Alone Remote Collector (SAGENT.EXE) to collect the information on our remote laptops.<\/p>\n
When we run the batch file it collects the information and the device is added correctly to our Inventory.<\/p>\n
The problem appear that when we run the batch file again (manually or via windows schedule) the information is not updated on the inventory.<\/p>\n
If we delete the devices and then run the batch file the device appears again.<\/p>\n
But will not update any information on a second run.<\/p>\n
The last updated time on the device is always showing the first time it was run etc.<\/p>\n
