Hi All,

Hopefully this is a very basic request !

I have created a very basic form which I wish to send out to users to use to capture certain information.

Each time the form is completed, id like to create a flow to send the results of that completed form via email to a specific email address.

I have created a flow and can put in the link to view the responses from that form but I would like to include the information in the actual email itself as its only a response to about 15 simple questions

This kind of describes what I want but I cant seem to create and of this dynamic information or pull through info from the forms : https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-forms/attach-microsoft-forms-response-in-email/m-p/680349

It is the first time I’ve done this so I’m sure its just something I’m not aware of.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use a form for some IT requests and my Flow creates spreadsheet entries and sends emails.

You want to start with the trigger “When a new response is submitted” then add the action “Get response details”.

Then you can do what you want with the response details like send your email.

I think this is what you’re asking.

I created one from that same link a week or two ago. I got tripped up in the form ID part as it wouldn’t find it, so I had to manually pull it out of the url while viewing my form. Once I dropped that in, I could type the question out in text, then drop the dynamic for the answer to that question after. So, my email was formatted with the question followed by the answer. (I also had to use
to help space things out a bit nicer).
