Is there anybody out there using Syncrify that can comment on their support? I am trying to trial it but the 30 day key they provided doesn’t work. I contacted their support to get it resolved but they haven’t got back to me in a week. I would rather abandon the idea if their support is actually this poor and go elsewhere. Maybe it is just a one off though giving them the benefit of the doubt?

I’m testing SynaMan as a Dropbox alternative and have asked three questions and got three answers from support within a reasonable amount of time.
My trial of SynaMan didn’t ask for a key. I’m surprised your install of Syncrify did. Sounds like you had it installed once before…and it’s past 30 days.
You have to install the personal addition (free edition) first and then apply for a key so you can test the full features for 30 days. It was only just installed and then I put the key in but it didn’t work.
They finally got back to me although not with a solution yet. It could take a while since their support is only based in the US so they are around when I am not.
