Pull the plug, hold the power button down for 5 seconds and boot back up to check your event viewer for help.

You’ll need more information than this to go any further, like is it a blue screen with an error message, just blank screen, frozen screen, etc… write that all down next time and you’ll be able to Google the problem fairly quickly.

It could literally be any of a thousand issues with so little info.
