we have the problem that we can’t chat with external Users.
We get the error in the picture (1), the configuration details of the tenant and the whole users as a attachment.
Anyone has an idea what could be the problem?

Do you have “External access” configured? I also had to enable Anonymous users can join a meeting under “Meetings” and then “Meeting settings”.

Maybe anyone has an idea? With some external users it works properly but with others it didn’t work!
The strange thing is, not with all users we have this behaviour!
In some organisations it works witouth problems, with others not.
Other user were not found (by us) by others they were found.
