F’ing awesome review. Love it!
I bet 99% of the malware and viruses out there wouldn’t run on 95, so there is that too!

There’s no way W95 saw a 500GB drive…

Dang it. I’ve need doing it wrong. Should have skipped 10 and went straight to 95.

My first computer running Windows 95 was a 486-DX2-80 (AMD Processor) when I was a broke college student.
I finally broke down and installed W95 on it when I figured out how to boot straight to DOS: Just put “command” in autoexec.bat…boot process stopped at a command prompt. To go into W95, just type “exit”.
Before W95, I hated Windows…I ran Novell DOS 7, which was a GREAT OS. Somewhere, I probably still have that retail box package…

I remember when Win98 came out and everyone was scared to upgrade to it from Win95.

Now I want to load Win95 as a VM to reminisce… I could play my old Tetris game. Seriously, this is hilarious.

Why not just toss in a copy of OS2 Warp?

That makes sense. 95 is 87 versions better than 8!
