hi everyone,

could anyone can explain what can i do for tickets in Spiceworks account. i was create tickets & add tasks in this ticket, but from 3th august, cannot find the tasks when add the ticket.

as the attached screen shot.

& how can i export ticket from the pervious tickets to edit & update it then upload it again ?

cloud anyone advice.

i tried to create ticket by the device but didnt created, i dont why .

Once you are in the correct section, you should be able to navigate your Help Desk correctly.

After a recent update forcing a new user interface, tasks are located in the details panel.
