Cannot access tickets in cloud help desk

Can you provide more information? What have you tried? Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you try to access the tickets? Are you getting any error messages? Is your helpdesk account role admin or technician?

Was called back for a temp position after a few months. Trying to re-establish settings. My old spiceworks account is still here, but I had to create a new password. To access tickets like I used to, I had to sign in after already being logged in. I also had to enter company and domain name. Entered my company’s domain, it wouldn’t let me in, saying it was already taken. I entered a different doman, under the promise I could “change it later,” and I have a ticket window, but no tickets from company staff. Am trying to change domain name as promised, but no provision for that, or I can’t find it.

Ahhh, it sounds like it may have started a different instance of Cloud helpdesk rather than adding you back into the established one. You may need to reach out to support for this - support@spiceworks.com.

Make sure to include the company names and domains for the original instance, and the domain you had to use this time around, as well as your username(s) and email(s) for the accounts.
