I have a pretty black, green-eyed stray cat that I started feeding a while back. He was wild at the time, would not have anything to do with us. But over time he has started coming up and letting us pet him and he purrs a lot. Today would be a great day to go ahead and gather him up, take him to the vet for shots/neutering, and make him our house cat.

Unfortunately consuming cat/dog in Pennsylvania is still legal, and is in a lot of states. One of those outdated abandoned laws I guess?

Yea, and I can’t shoot buffalo from the 2nd floor of a hotel, another outdated law that needs to be fixed!
