Just made me chuckle a bit -

We all make mistakes and I’m sure this was just a knee jerk reaction - similar to some of the Spiceworks vendors that have done the same exact thing…

I’m just not sure how someone could send spam / phishing emails with your entire address book…

maybe… just maybe, because you give your entire address book in to / cc lines?

Hello,
if you received an email from this address with the title “update invitation contract clarification” do not open it, and do not click on any links, as it did not come from my account. Appears to be a fishing/spam of some kind.

Made super small on purpose - entire gray is the to line filled with contacts.

Just a reminder (for myself mostly), be careful with sending blast emails!

I was more surprised the list wasn’t longer - for someone that works for a media / news org - looks like a lot of internal email address’ but still was just scratching my head.

that said I’ve had my users do similar things.

spoofed emails can be very difficult to explain to some people.
