What are some good trainings that you all know of for new IT professionals geared toward helpdesk and hardware support for a company of 2500 users. Thanks

The Google IT Support cert looks decent enough for entry level helpdesk. I know someone that used it as his entry into IT and it was a great start for them.

A+ certs are really good for entry-level techs, any course materials to prep for the tests are what you’re wanting them to study.

For new helpdesk pros, I’d suggest a mix of CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support certs — both offer a solid foundation in hardware, troubleshooting, and support workflows. Also, pairing that with internal training on your specific ticketing system and company processes really helps. In a 2500-user environment, documenting common issues and building a knowledge base will save your team tons of time.
