i am getting error message when trying to start network monitor software by using credentials , from local computer
i am using windows 7 64bit
SpiceworksNetworkMonitor file version 1.3.132
how can i resolve this out

I’ve run into similar headaches with Spiceworks on older Windows versions before. You can try the following:
Run the program as Administrator.
Make sure the credentials you’re using have full local admin rights.
Check the Event Viewer for any service errors.
Also, make sure that the Spiceworks Network Monitor service is actually running. You can check this in the Services panel (services.msc).

Windows 7 is long out of support, why would you still be using such an old device?
Windows 10 is out of support in 4 months.
You’d also need to ensure you have internet access.

I’m not even sure that this is supported any longer. Apart from some agents, I didn’t believe that Spiceworks supported any on-premises programs any longer as they have shifted towards hosted services. If that is the case, the infrastructure that verified the username and password may not be working.
I’ll tag in @spiceworks-support-team to address this.
