1 of my colleague is unable to login due to many redirecting. He had tried to refresh, restart the app & even reset his password.

Can anyone help to resolve this ?

This is generally a Chrome caching issue, clear the cache (specifically cookies as noted) or try incognito mode.

It does occasionally affect Edge too, same as above, clear the cache/in-private browsing.

I am running into the same issue with Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and Chromium. All have had their caches and history cleared. The issue is reproduceable each and every time on the listed browsers.

Best idea is probably to write directly to support@spiceworks.com so that you can give them individualized information about your specific accounts and they can troubleshoot without posting anything private in this public forum.
