Co-worker has spiceworks account. He can log into his spiceworks account at community.spiceworks.com. I invited him to spiceworks inventory I set up. He is listed in the User list as admin. But when he tries to log in at the inventory server, he is getting invalid credentials error.

What am I missing?

He needs to have clicked on the activation link he is sent by email
