The best way to update Server 2008R2 is to update to a later version. 2008R2 Went AOL nearly three years ago and MSFT no longer provides updates. You may be able to find someone to provide you with the necessary media - but why would anyone want to run an out-of-date OS? In some environments, this may have other consequences in terms of compliance regimes.
I apologise if this is not the answer you want, but continuing to run out-of-date OSs, especially on any host that has internet connectivity, is just plain dangerous. I guess I have to ask: do you feel lucky? Again, sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear.

As tfl mentioned, Server 2008 has been EOL since 2020, and there was no way to even install security updates for Server 2008R2 beyond January of 2020 unless you had purchased Extended Security Updates (ESU’s). These licenses had to be activated on any devices that needed to apply any updates beyond the EOL date. Microsoft only offered ESU’s for 3 years, and doubled the price each additional year. As of January 2023, ESU’s are no longer available at all, so the likelihood that you’ll find a way to install an update is low. You should get serious about upgrading to a supported operating.
